Dear Valued Customer,

Firstly, I wanted to thank you for your continuing support.

Secondly, I wanted to share with you a recent decision, that hasn’t been taking lightly. It has been decided that we temporarily cease trading at midday on Monday 30th March 2020 for an initial period of four weeks.

This decision was taken to ensure we respect both our employees’ health, wellbeing and safety as well as other important needs including the protection of livelihoods.  In addition, we feel that this decision is required to ensure we can bounce back as quickly as possible on the other side to continue to provide a best in class service to you.

Our business does however supply products that are vital to support our country’s essential services, we will therefore have a limited service function to support those projects that we are aware of supporting these services.

We have outlined below examples, based on government guidance.

• Hospitals, doctor’s surgeries and care/nursing homes
• Schools
• Emergency service facilities e.g. fire stations
• Military facilities
• Prisons
• Central and local government offices open for essential services
• Specific retail premises e.g. supermarkets and pharmacies
• Food banks and homeless services
• Social Housing
• Cemeteries, churches and crematoriums
• Utilities
• Transport infrastructure
